User-Generated -You laugh so you don't cry

It was a wild day in Toronto yesterday. As the Toronto transit flooded and many of us were left stranded, wet, delayed in the cold, many others took to the social nets to reinterpret the day's events.
You don't appreciate what you have until you don't have it. On my way home on a crowded too wet bus, I just had to comment about how much I do love the TTC. There was no sarcasm there. I do love the TTC and I appreciate every one of those employees who do their best even if someone clicks a photo of one of them sleeping. We are all human and sometimes some of us work too much, stay up too late and maybe we aren't our best everyday. But we try.
On a day when I felt the sharks surrounding me, I find humour in the crowd and thank each and everyone who reinterpreted the events of the day with humour.
Toronto, have I told you how much I love you lately!
